My name is Kamalah Fletcher. I come to our team with over 26 years in the nonprofit arena in the areas of Education, Community Development, Human Services, Climate Resilience, Economic Development, and Disaster Response. I am the Founder of A Little Help Never Hurt where we create connective tissue between challenges and solutions. I weave support for people through the various places of transition we come to in our life and work and am proud to be part of the Sweet Livity Team.

A Little Help Never Hurt is a coaching and consulting firm that helps institutions and individuals build the connective tissue between the root causes of big challenges and organic, enduring solutions that allow for optimal organizational health and professional growth. Through tailored advising, executive coaching, program design, systems navigation, intimate and intuitive interventions, ALHNH provides a drawing board for people at various places of transition throughout life and work.

Kamalah Fletcher is a black woman of Jamaican descent, nonprofit leader and entrepreneur whose ``medicine” and super powers are complexity busting, allegory, and design thinking. She began her career in Early Childhood Education and moved further and further from the classroom, as she understood that her students’ education had as much to do with their family’s community and circumstances, as anything that was happening in her classroom. The principles she used in her classroom still drive her work today: 1) it is possible to meet the needs of the group without forgetting about the needs of the individual, 2) take an asset-based approach instead of focusing on what’s wrong – everyone has gifts and talents, 3) children and communities know what they need, they should be listened to and should lead the way to solutions.”
